The bot answers the way your customers speak

By voice and in chat, round the clock, in Uzbek and Russian — including when the languages are mixed.

We will build a bot on your own scenario

What a day on the line looks like

At night the bot closes contacts on its own. During the day it takes the routine ones and hands over whatever needs a person.

  • 18:00–22:00 — Evening: routine questions again

The bot works both ways

The customer calls you

  • Routing by topic: the bot works out why they are calling and takes them where they need to go
  • Answers to frequent questions: opening hours, addresses, prices, terms
  • Booking an appointment and moving a visit
  • The status of an order, a payment or a request

You call the customer

  • A reminder about a payment and its due date
  • Confirming a visit or a booking
  • Short surveys after service
  • Notifications about delivery and rescheduling

The customer does not have to start all over again

The bot passes a difficult question to a person together with the transcript, the topic and everything it has already established.

  1. The bot hears a difficult case

The customer is disputing an amount — this is not a routine question.

  2. It gathers the context

The topic, the contract number and everything the customer has already said.

  3. It hands over to a person

The person picks up and can already see what it is about.

The voice your company speaks with

The bot does not spell out “LLC” syllable by syllable and does not guess where the stress falls in “Mustaqillik”.

Ready-made voices

Male and female, Uzbek and Russian. Suited to notifications, statuses and routine answers.

A branded voice

Recorded from your own voice artist: the line sounds exactly like your adverts and your answering machine.

Uzbek pronunciation

Native phonetics, not Russian laid over Uzbek words. Names, place names and abbreviations are read correctly.

Speech tuning

Pace, pauses and stress are corrected through a dictionary: tariff names and internal abbreviations sound the way they do in your company.

We choose the voice at the demo: we will play you the options and pick the one your line will speak with together.

The scenario is built with the mouse

A question, a condition, an action in your system, a handover to a person. The scenario is edited by whoever is responsible for service.

One scenario serves every channel, and the bot takes its data from your own systems.

Need a special agent?

If a standard bot is not enough, we will build an agent for the task: it will check the data in CRM, file a request and call a person in when needed.

What changes when there is a bot on the line

The bot does not replace the contact centre; it takes on the work that people’s time is too valuable for.

  • The answer comes straight away, not after eight minutes in a queue.
  • At night and at weekends the line answers just as it does during the day.
  • It answers in the language the customer used.

How it is rolled out

We start with the one scenario that takes up most of people’s time.

  1. We pick the scenario

We look at which contacts repeat most often. Usually that is the status of a request, opening hours, a balance or booking an appointment.

  2. We build the dialogue

The steps of the conversation, answers from your documents, the rules for handing over to a person. The editor, not code.

  3. We connect the channels

Telephony, Telegram, the website chat, your systems over API. The bot starts answering part of the contacts.

  4. We widen the scenarios

After the first weeks we add the topics the bot does not yet close and remove the handovers that turned out to be unnecessary.

Still have questions?

How does the bot understand mixed speech?

The recognition model is trained on real phone recordings in which Uzbek and Russian mix inside a single sentence. The bot does not switch language by hand and does not ask the customer to choose one at the start of the call.

What if the customer speaks unclearly or there is background noise?

The bot asks again in its own words and offers options instead of “please repeat that”. If there is still no clarity after two attempts, the call goes to a person together with whatever it has managed to make out.

How quickly can a bot be launched?

One scenario in one channel usually goes live in a few days: we already have templates for booking appointments, order status and frequent questions. What takes longest is not the bot but getting access to your systems.

How many scenarios come with it?

Basic scenarios for bookings, statuses, reminders and frequent questions are there from the start. The rest is built in the editor — with no developers.

Let us launch a bot on one scenario

We will pick the most frequent type of contact and take it off the line. In two weeks we will look at how many calls the bot closed on its own.
